Bid Extensions activate in the final minute of a lot closing.
Any bid placed in the extension period will reset the timer to the nominated extension time.

LOT CLOSE ORDER:
Each lot will close in lot order, bid extensions apply to all lots.

BUYER NOTE:
Electrical and plumbing disconnections will be completed by the auctioneer prior to auction, all other disconnections are the buyer's responsibility.

Buyer must provide sufficient labour & access equipment for safe removal.
Forklift is not available to assist with loading.  Buyers are encouraged to disassemble gym equipment on the gym floor prior to loading.

Access to gym is via front entry that includes 4 stairs and gutter.  Email shane@argusauctions.com.au if you require images of access point for removal. 

CARRIERS: Third party carriers are welcome to collect on behalf of buyers.  Buyers using a third party carrier must provide their carrier with a copy of their auction invoice prior to collection.

PAYMENTS: Winning bidders will recieve an email with a tax invoice at the conclusion of the auction.

Payment can be made by EFT to Argus Auctions Trust Account - Direct Deposit details can be found at the bottom of your tax invoice.

Please allow up to 24hrs for funds to clear for first time payers.
Goods will only be released upon cleared funds.
